Horrible customer serive and below average workmanship. Quality of parts used were also low standard. Would not recommend this place for your repairs.

Originally told 4 weeks to repair my car and now im coming up on the 8 week of work. they claim to have missed several pieces that needed to be fixed at the first inspection, showing they do not put a lot of work into it. The car failed the inspection even after taking double the time. Don't waste your time and money here, go somewhere else.

I was particularly pleased with his honesty, his keeping me informed as to the progress and with the excellent workmanship. I would recommend him for any body work.

So your car was in an accident, go to Reilly’s Auto Collision (140 Cherry Valley Ave West Hempstead, NY 11552), IF YOU WANT TO BE LIED TO AND HAVE THE WORST EXPERIENCE EVER. The owner MARK’s wife PIERA is the biggest B-tch I have ever met. And when push comes to shove MARK will also show his true colors. I asked for my brand new car to be given replacement parts and was told that “of course it would”. In the end I took it to my mechanic and found out that the parts were repaired even thought the insurance estimate indicated replacement parts and over 30 hours of labor, secondary to replacing vs repairing. Well I filed a complaint with the better business bureau and with the DMV. Reilly’s Auto Collision shouldn't get 1 star... DO NOT GO THERE.

Anyone seeking a super quality repair, A and C Autobody on Lake Ave. in White Plains, New York is without doubt the premier autobody salon to go to. I call this family owned business a salon, because when you get your vehicle back from any kind of repair, it looks and drives like it was the best taken care of vehicle anyone could own. Joe, the owner, personally watches over all the work being done, and never will let anything go out of his shop/Auto Salon without looking perfect. And I mean PERFECTO!!! I have been using this Authobody salon for years and won't consider bringing my vehicle anywhere else. It's Crazy! Nobody looks forward to getting into an accident! But if you do! You will love your vehicle even more than you did after the repair than before the accident. ITS THAT GOOD. I GIVE THIS BUSINESS A AND C AUTOBODY MY PERSONAL SIGN OF APPROVAL.
