I have a large family, and always on the road -- thus my vehicle(s) need maintenance many times through the year! Recently, I met Collin Pinckrey who did a great job on my vehicle -- both 2010 Toyota Sienna (last Saturday) and today, 4/23/14, on wife's 2011 Honda CRV! Excellent service, very courteous and done promptly with a pleasant smile on his face! My experience, the work and value was superb. HORRIBLE management and HORRIBLE customer service. Make sure to stop in if you'd love to get a slashed tire, and a whole lot of attitude from the staff! Manager literally yelled at me in front of other customers, and then made me pay full price again for a tire 3 days after I got a deflating one from them.. Oh and opened 3 hours late, and made me wait 2 hours on top of that while they helped everyone else pulling up before me. About as ghetto as their name sounds. Wouldn't recommend to my enemies.

This shop is unkept, dirty, and the staff refused to wait on us had us waiting and asking for their service, they and blew us off and refused to sell us tires. The state/borough and county needs to come to do an inspection of this shop, there appears to be some shady people hanging around this shop, a man spent a lot of time asking me what church I belonged to and trying to send us off elsewhere. I say buyer BEWARE!

As someone who works in the car world and is very cautious when it comes to mechanics, I can say hands down these guys are the best! Everyone I met was friendly, helpful, patient and went out of their way for me. The work required for my car required a lot of investigation to discover the issue and could have cost thousands to fix, but Bill researched a more affordable resolution that got the job done and hopefully will prevent the issue from arising again! If you need anything done, be it a simple oil change or a huge, complex job Milex is the place to bring your vehicle. I will never go anywhere else and when someone needs a mechanic this is where I will send them. Thanks Bill & Kimmy, you guys are brilliant!

Brought car in for annual state inspection and whatever else it might need, including an oil and filter change. That turned out to also include replacing the spark plugs and also flushing the power steering fluid, all items that used to be simple but now add up to $700 on my little 335xi. Oh well, with a long inline 6 hiding the two rear cylinders changing the plugs (necessary every 45k miles) is no picnic I'm sure. It's the price of admission for driving these things. I must add though that keeping up with this stuff is absolutely necessary to keep a Bimmer running like, well, a Bimmer. I swear the car feels like it has 50 more HP; it zings up the tach with what is clearly less effort than before and climbs hills with less pedal position, all because of new plugs and an oil change! Or perhaps it's because Steve Snow sprinkles some of that Bimmerworks magic on the car just for taking it there. Whatever, the car runs great and I know I'm taking it to BMW experts without financing some fancy dealership's latest addition. If you drive a Bimmer, and live within 35 miles of this place, you should seriously consider taking it here for service. -Len Dube
