April 23, 2014 Letter of Appreciation Dear Management of NTB (National Tire & Battery Auto Center) - My name is Steven Burda and I live in King of Prussia since 2006. I have a large family, and always on the road -- thus my vehicle(s) need maintenance many times through the year! Recently, I met Collin Pinckrey who did a great job on my vehicle -- both 2010 Toyota Sienna (last Saturday) and today, 4/23/14, on wife's 2011 Honda CRV!
