What can I say other than Hendersons has the best customer service I have ever experienced in the automotive repair industry. We have been going there for approximately 10 years now, multiple cars under Ed's care (having 3 children of driving age) and do not have one complaint. I've only been here once to get some work done on my BMW 335. They are very knowledgeable when it comes to repairs on BMW's. I am a handy guy myself and they provided information and some assistance for repairs I can do myself so that I can save money. Highly recommended!

Found Von Kattengell online doing some research for a tran repair shop. Very happy I chose this shop. Explained everything in great detail, charge was fair, and waived my tow charge. Highly recommend this shop for tranny repair.

I took my 2000 Xterra to Gary's for a manifold back custom exhaust. Gary is knowledgeable and professional quoted me a fair price for the work that I requested. When the ordered parts came in I scheduled the vehicle for the work and it was performed with no problems. I requested to see the work on the lift after it was completed and the work was done neatly and professionally. I would not hesitate to have Bradley's Auto Service perform work on my vehicle in the future. I am a former mechanic, ASE certified blah blah blah and have worked in several local dealerships as a class A technician on imported vehicles. I am very picky about the work that is done on my vehicle if I don't do it myself and I have nothing but compliments on the quality of Gary's work. Thanks Gary! On a side note, they have a bathroom clean enough and worthy of a fine restaurant. That was a pleasant surprise and tells me that they take pride in their work.
