This place is run by a shady and crook mechanic. EVERYONE from my city knows this guy will not only ripe you off but make you pay more once the job is performed.... If you don't pay he will KEEP YOUR CAR and charge a storage fee !?!? Im not talking out of anger but out of pure reasoning. This place will try and strip every single dollar from you. STAY AWAY!!!

BAD, shotty welding, poor painting, gave me refurbished rims with so much spray paint they had orange peel.... just not good.

I took my car into Ideal after getting into an accident. After a year, I began to notice that the places where they repainted were chipping and peeling very badly. Because it’s been a year, they refuse to redo the paint job stating that the damages were caused by my driving! Do not go here no matter what!

R&M is unreliable and tremendously irresponsible company. I got good experience with the company back in 2008; however, the company was under different management. The individuals that are running the company now should not be trusted with your vehicle. Unfortunately, I did not check their references before I left my car with this company for repairs. I was curious because I first went to G & M on 7/11/11 to get an estimate and I was told not o worry that they will take care of all the insurance insurances errands. I took the car with me until the insurance gave me the O.K. to leave the car with M & G. The managers from R & M called me every single day pushing and stalking me. How naïve I was that I still gave them my business. Please do not trust these people with your car.
