I've been bringing my mini cooper to Anthony for a while now and am so thankful I found him! Mini's are tough cars to work with. He is flat out excellent, pricing is reasonable, and I know my car is in good hands when being serviced. I absolutely recommend him!!!

I am fairly new to New York. You hear often the stereotypes of a dog-eat-dog world. So looking for a mechanic, and honesty, is not an easy task. However, I was in a jam and needed to find one. I came across the reviews for Hughes Motor Corp, and I was immediately impressed to make a call. Vinny answered (he's part of a duo with Kevin). He was very friendly and assuring when I told him about the problems with my Durango. I had AAA tow the car to their workshop in Yonkers. These guys are professional, efficient, and you get your car back within the time frame that is estimated. Overall, I highly recommend this workshop, they are a great team. They will take care of your problems and put you at ease. Cars are expensive toys, what you hope to get is a decent repair job at a fair price. These guys provide both, you'll be in good hands. These guys know what they are doing. On time service and affordable care for your auto, they went out of their way to make sure my issues were resolved. This station is awesome! Chris, the manager, is one of the best managers of a service station I have ever experienced. He is consistent, helpful, attentive,honest and treats everyone equally. He does not try and sell you what you don't need and backs up all his work. This place is definitely one of or the best service station in the area. Hats off to the owner for having a great employee like Chris!!!

I have been a customer for 19 years and always enjoyed great service for my brakes and mufflers. Always repaired on the first visit. Employees are very helpful and friendly and professional. Recently I bought a Acura Mdx and from day one it had a pull. I took to dealer many times, and didn't realize they sub the job out to Mavis next door to them. Once I realized I ran right to my old faithful. Rices automotive. The car was perfect after that...thank God for them.

Shawn and his crew addressed all of this repair and reviewed in detail what all of the expenses were prior to my commitment to doing the work. Any questions I had were answered immediately and if there were any unforeseen issues, I was assured via phone calls that the right job would be done. They have made me feel secure in that both myself and my family would be safer after this repair. My car rides and steers as good as it did when I first bought it. I am a long time customer, the last 12 + years, and I will keep coming back because they completed the work within 1 day after making an scheduled appointment.

This place was great. The guy who runs it might be the nicest "car guy" I've ever met. They drove me home and called me with what they found. Carl went over everything and when I asked a question he was so polite and patient. They even picked me up after the work was done. I can't say enough about Carl or the work they did. My car runs great now and I am going there for everything from now on. They do everything. It's awesome.

I have had my car repaired at Pro Tech Benz several times over the past 2 years and I am very happy with the results. They offer excellent service and are extremely knowable about Mercedes vehicles. Their pricing is very reasonable and they are very straightforward about the repairs. Unlike the dealers they don't try and up sell you on additional repairs that might not be needed. I would highly recommend them to Mercedes owners.
