A year ago, I was in an accident and called Livingston Collision to tow it for me. They not only assisted with the tow, but they also helped me through the entire insurance negotiation. They were able to negotiate with my insurance adjuster and ultimately helped in proving the car was totaled and making sure I got back the fair market value for the car. Brad, Val, and Allie were my advocates from start to finish and I'd highly recommend their shop to anyone. They've been in business for over 50 years, so it's obvious they take their reputation seriously. Quality body work (I've gotten previous body work done here and have always been impressed with the attention to detail) and exceptional customer service are what you'll get at this shop, no question.

My 2 cars have been serviced by them in the past 5 years... They were really good in the beginning, however the last few times we've had a very bad experience at thet place. My last car service was last week... I picked my car up and the service engine light came right back on. They wanted to charge me additional $100 to put it back on the computer! That was on top of $900 that I jsut paid to fix my heating system. ( first time they called and said that the motor needs to be changed and it will be $400, however, that didnt solve the problem, so they had to change the amplifier for additional $425)
