Shawn and his crew addressed all of this repair and reviewed in detail what all of the expenses were prior to my commitment to doing the work. Any questions I had were answered immediately and if there were any unforeseen issues, I was assured via phone calls that the right job would be done. They have made me feel secure in that both myself and my family would be safer after this repair. My car rides and steers as good as it did when I first bought it. I am a long time customer, the last 12 + years, and I will keep coming back because they completed the work within 1 day after making an scheduled appointment.

This station is awesome! Chris, the manager, is one of the best managers of a service station I have ever experienced. He is consistent, helpful, attentive,honest and treats everyone equally. He does not try and sell you what you don't need and backs up all his work. This place is definitely one of or the best service station in the area. I have been a customer for 19 years and always enjoyed great service for my brakes and mufflers. Always repaired on the first visit. Employees are very helpful and friendly and professional. Recently I bought a Acura Mdx and from day one it had a pull. I took to dealer many times, and didn't realize they sub the job out to Mavis next door to them. Once I realized I ran right to my old faithful. Rices automotive. The car was perfect after that...thank God for them.

I've been bringing my mini cooper to Anthony for a while now and am so thankful I found him! Mini's are tough cars to work with. He is flat out excellent, pricing is reasonable, and I know my car is in good hands when being serviced. I absolutely recommend him!!!

This place was great. The guy who runs it might be the nicest "car guy" I've ever met. They drove me home and called me with what they found. Carl went over everything and when I asked a question he was so polite and patient. They even picked me up after the work was done. I can't say enough about Carl or the work they did. My car runs great now and I am going there for everything from now on. They do everything. It's awesome.
