Collision repair service near Emerson, NJ

I took my van on 07/07/17 to get body work and the entire van painted. Left the car for a week with the Owner called Willie. This has been my worst nightmare in my life! I went to pick up my van on 07/13/17 and I couldn't believe what they had done to my van. The body work and bodo work was the worst job I had ever seen in my life. Also, they forced one of my back lights out as if they pry it with a crawl bar. The roof rack was taken off and they couldn't out it back right. My back hatch door doesn't open anymore! The paint had runs all over it, and dust particles all under the paint job. These guys are not professionals and should be taken out of business. Today is 07/15/17 and I still don't have my van back. Just because a sign says auto body work doesn't mean they know what they are doing. All the workers are Mexicans except for Willie the owner. He is a liar and very unprofessional. Don't get stuck like I did with my van, unless you want to be out of 1K!! These guys are going to be reported to the Better Business Bureau!! I lost 1K, but I am going to make sure these guys get shut down, so that they don't continue to rob peoples hard earned money. I now have to spend more money to get my van repainted correctly and body work done correctly. Stay away, you have been warned!! Willie, you a freekin liar!! N I will tell you in your face on Monday when I go get my van.

If you want a brand new car after an accident this is the place to go. Family owned business treating its customers like family, great customer service, quality repair at a short period of time . Highly recommend.

My boss is very hands off when it comes to getting work done on his cars. A friend of my suggested to see TNS Auto Group, I had to do some homework on them before I went there and I did. This project required me to have a custom paint job, not just regular car, it was for my bosses Maybach. He wanted to have it painted white, because he grew tired of the original black color. I setup everything and we were able to get the car back really fast so there was not too much down time. These guys do such great work and they made me look great with the finished job that my boss seen. Fast, reliable and awesome finished outcome.

Do not use this shop for any reason!!!! Read the other reviews. There is a reason for the low ratings but even one star is far too high for this sham shop. I wish I had saved myself the headache of dealing with these scam artists by reading the reviews before using their services. The kleptomaniac employees stole multiple parts from the interior of my vehicle and caused further damage to the exterior of my car before I took it to another shop. An employee even stole the money that I left in the car and got aggressive and threatened to attack me when I asked him about it in a non confrontational way. Like, seriously?? I wish I was making this stuff up. The people working at this business are straight up thieves and should not be in business, literally the worst experience I have ever had with any business period. Funny how there are complaints ranging from their towing services, to their body work, to the way they conduct business in general. The complaints on this business are legit and are over the span of almost a decade. Listen to the warnings and stay far away!!

They took my money and promised to repair my car they never did they didn't return the money either and they didn't fix the car I already sued them.

Nicholas S 347-836-1574 - Logistics manager of this body shop had a customer car at his house in South Richmond Hill on June 20 at approximately 4:45 pm. His kid brother backed out of the driveway into my car while I passed by which caused damages to the right side of my car. The cops were summoned and statements were given. My insurance company made numerous attempts to contact this person with no success. Any assistance would be appreciated. Thank you!

DO NOT got to GOLDEN TOUCH AUTO COLLISION located at 490 Ralph Ave. The charged me close to $4000 to fix my car and returned my car back with a bumper that was put together with glue, yes glue. My bumper looks like its about to fall off because it was incorrectly put in as well as other issues with my car. They also charged me money for a paint job and painted nothing. If you want to waste your money then be my guest but I do not advice anybody to go to GOLDEN TOUCH AUTO COLLISION. They say they've been in business since 1986 and have poor customer service.

DO NOT trust this place for towing/repairs. Skye towing will take every chance to OVERCHARGE you. I was in a car accident and this was the towing company that was called. Jose put up the nice person act and offered to give my brother and I a ride home. I had requested that we leave the car in my driveway, but Jose refused and said he'd keep it in his shop. The next day, I went to pick my car up and brought my own tow company to assist me. However, Jose refused to allow another company tow the car and insisted that he would tow the car to our location. The bill came out to be $478. The paper I signed stated that I would be charged $125 for each tow, $25 for the first 3 storage days, and $4 per mile. My bill should have came out to approximately $307. When I spoke to Jose about the price, he was very defensive and kept cutting me off, not allowing me to talk. When I tried explaining to him that this wasn't the price we have settled on, he argued that I was feeling entitled. He brought up the fact that he had dropped my brother and I home (he failed to mention it would result in an extra charge beforehand). He then brought up the fact that he even had to wake up 2am to assist us in the accident, which in my opinion is ridiculous. I didn't choose his company to assist in the towing process, the police did. Also, if he sees his job as such a hassle, he should have told the police he wasn't going to do it, and we would have called another towing company that would actually do their job correctly. Jose stated on the bill that we left the car in storage for 2 days, which was incorrect. When I brought this up, he asked me why I was worrying about the price since insurance is going to cover it anyways. We negotiated and settled on the price of $400, which in my opinion, is still high. This is a very dishonest and unprofessional company

ABSOLUTELY AWFUL!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! This body shop is basically a fraud, they cheat the insurance company for the maximum pay out and gives the owner of the car the cheapest repair possible. My car took 3x times the amount of time they said the car would be done. They purposely damaged my car to get more money out of the insurance company, then sold off the original parts and replaced it with cheaper parts. When you ask for the work to be re-done, the owner JOSE will avoid you like the plague. DO NOT GO TO THIS BODY SHOP. I AM CURRENTLY IN THE PROCESS OF SUING THIS PLACE. Hopefully they will be off the market soon, so that there will be no more victims!

STAY AWAY !!! These are the slowest people in the Auto Body field. They constanly give you the runaround. You will get your back way after the promised date. The car came back with dried paint drips on the side mirrors and under the quarter panels. below standard work at snails pace. Dishonest answers anytime you call. Plenty of better shops all over Brooklyn. DO NOT USE THESE GUYS !!

in the begignig price was $300 to replace alternator on my bmw 525 2007, and i sign work order w/o labor price, mr Oleg sad if we do like this he may give me $30 discount for labor(alternator i bought from bmw dealer for $535, because mr.Oleg try to sale me same one for $800!!!), when i come to pick up car he put price for labor $630, when i ask why? he sad "because i lost money on alternator-you didnt buy it from ME" i took my car back only when NYPD came to his shop.....
