Shawn and his crew addressed all of this repair and reviewed in detail what all of the expenses were prior to my commitment to doing the work. Any questions I had were answered immediately and if there were any unforeseen issues, I was assured via phone calls that the right job would be done. They have made me feel secure in that both myself and my family would be safer after this repair. My car rides and steers as good as it did when I first bought it. John is an honest mechanic which itself makes him so special! The front of my car was making this weird sound and my dealership not only misdiagnosed this problem but did a poor job fixing it.
