Without a doubt the worst merchant in Red Bank. Avoid at all costs! Customer service is not a term they have ever heard of. After waiting 10 days for a simple storm window replacement, they could not initially find the window, insulted us for their incompetence at losing the window. After we calmly asked if this was how they treated all customers. They used profanity and then ripped the new glass out of the frame, bent the frame and threw it at us. I have never seen anything like! Definitely they need anger management classes. DO NOT GO THERE. I wish I had read the other review first!!! Avoid at all costs!

The guy waited passed closing time for me and made sure to do a perfect job installing the new glass on my minivan. Highly recommended best price and service in town. I will use this company for all of my future auto glass needs.
