He is very pleasant, helpful, patient and considered me a family looking for a car. Mr. Genao is an asset to your company. Mr. PEDRO SOSA, the manager who assisted me, has been very pleasant and patient and explained in details of the warranty I am entitled to and other info. He is approachable in spite of his busy schedule and answered my questions immediately. Also, he made a follow-up call to make sure everything is all right and apologized for my long wait, which I understood due to the busy day. It took about 3+ years to find a guy like John and the group of guys that I can trust at Car Kings. It's convenient that I work in Clifton so he is a few minutes away. I have been there about a 1/2 dozen times and he always finds a way to sneak me in. Work always get's done in a timely and professional manner. Just watch out for Teddy the office dog! ;)

When I finally found a shop that achieved customer satisfaction, I stuck with them. I have been a customer at Rennsport Motor Works for many years, and have never had a bad experience. Sal, the owner, is honest and is always within the estimated cost. I would give this shop ten stars if I could. If you want an honest shop, focused on giving quality service, this is the place to go.
