This is the worst towing company. They almost broke my wheel! Couldn't tow my car. Tried to tell me what was broken, but couldn't show me any evidence when I asked. AAA needs to drop them. No one has even apologized to me.

Never again will I go to PEPBOYS . Made an appointment for 10am. Just needed new tires, oil change, and wipers. Stayed there more than four hours. 3 hours in and they hadn’t even put my car on the alignment rack. I was late for work.

I think Dave at MWW is the most knowledgeable, honest and best gig in the area. No pressure, no up-sells, totally the opposite of most of what I have experienced in the area. Owning a BMW off warranty is never going to be cheap- he keeps the experience enjoyable and manageable. Highly recommend

Their pricing is very reasonable and they are very straightforward about the repairs. Unlike the dealers they don't try and up sell you on additional repairs that might not be needed. He is approachable in spite of his busy schedule and answered my questions immediately. Also, he made a follow-up call to make sure everything is all right and apologized for my long wait, which I understood due to the busy day.
