Always repaired on the first visit. Employees are very helpful and friendly and professional. Recently I bought a Acura Mdx and from day one it had a pull. I took to dealer many times, and didn't realize they sub the job out to Mavis next door to them. Once I realized I ran right to my old faithful. Rices automotive. The car was perfect after that...thank God for them.

I got good experience with the company back in 2008; however, the company was under different management. The individuals that are running the company now should not be trusted with your vehicle. Unfortunately, I did not check their references before I left my car with this company for repairs. I was curious because I first went to G & M on 7/11/11 to get an estimate and I was told not o worry that they will take care of all the insurance insurances errands. I took the car with me until the insurance gave me the O.K. to leave the car with M & G. The managers from R & M called me every single day pushing and stalking me. How naïve I was that I still gave them my business. Please do not trust these people with your car.
