I am extremely satisfied and appreciative of the work that the staff at Tolima Auto Center did on my new car. I was very nervous about who was going to work on my brand new car ( Brand new 2016 Jeep Renegade) that was involved in a hit and run just days after it left the dealer. The car looks perfect. You would never know that such intensive work had to be done. Their office staff is responsive, professional and very pleasant. Would you believe the estimate I got from a local new car dealer was almost $2400.00 for a leaking intake gasket and they needed 2 weeks to complete the repair.At this location which i stop to gas up my vehicle they found a cracked vacum hose ..my invoice bottom number was $89.00...i just couldnt believe my eyes...next day i drove my car with a pleasure which i coulnt for a long time...Moustapha is a great person to talk to..what a great personality..

Don't go there! unprofessional liars! Charged me 2300$ (cash) For used transmission, they give you (6 month warranty which is nothing) less than 6 month transmission was out of use.. they fixed it again, after few months car got the same exact problem, during fixing transmission they damaged muffler and asked more money to fix it. Also very rude personal, specially owners, be careful with them! They really stressed me out about timing.. I lost a lot of money and time.

They are a bunch of liars and thieves charged us over $2700 for work they did not perform stay away a bunch of sharks I wish corporate would come down and investigate this put my vehicle on a lift compare the receipt to the work that they actually did liars and thieves they need to be put out of business I originally thought it was 1700 when looking at the receipt discovered it was 2700 besides that left all the Lugnuts loose on the front right tire only hand tight shame on you

Nicholas S 347-836-1574 - Logistics manager of this body shop had a customer car at his house in South Richmond Hill on June 20 at approximately 4:45 pm. His kid brother backed out of the driveway into my car while I passed by which caused damages to the right side of my car. The cops were summoned and statements were given. My insurance company made numerous attempts to contact this person with no success. Any assistance would be appreciated. Thank you!
