Joe, Anthony and Roger and the staff are the best. They talk to you like a person. I've been to many shops over the years and these guys are knowledgeable, experts , fair, patient, trustworthy and best of all treat you with the utmost respect and tell you exactly what's going on with your car in a way that you understand fully. I would never go anywhere else and you shouldn't either.

Dishonest! I'd beware of this place, SERIOUSLY. Says repairs need to be done that are not necessary. Charges for repairs that are not made! Stay away if you're smart! EVEN THE BBB SAYS SO! I found Ten Point Auto, just down the road, to be much better. Honest & quality work. I learned the hard way. If I was smart if have done some research. There are bad reviews all over the web! Google, Yellow Pages, just do a search and you will see.

This is THE WORST place to get anything done. Not only are they disrespectful but cursing and calling people names when you are just trying to understand WHY they are asking for $300 more. But i guess i'm wrong for wondering why the price we agreed on via the phone is not what it is.... My mad... Lisa told me "You should be happy the work you got for the price you paid, and if you wanted better you should have paid more." I mean really? So basically right their she said that this place does crappy work that's why they charge $100-200 less on services... But since she added an extra $300 how does that even make any sense? Cause at this point what i paid would have been what i paid at a GOOD place. Just UNACCEPTABLE Once again. Unrespectful! Bad work! DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE IF YOU VALUE YOUR CAR, TIME AND MONEY!

Just pulled in to ask about a service for my vehicle. Great news, the staff is all well fed. They were all sitting around in the break room just behind the front counter. I walked in, said hi and waited for a reply. The men - about 5 - just kept shoveling food into their mouths and stared at me. Odd, so I waited a moment. Then asked if there is anyone who can help me. They all - and I mean ALL - averted their eyes and went for another forkful. "Soooooo, should I just wait guys?" Another forkful. "Should I just go then," I asked. Finally got an answer. One guy took the time between stuffing his face to shrug at me. I laughed and left. Great place. Can't wait for the failures who run it like this to sell it to someone who might care. I certainly wouldn't want people with that level of pride or care working on my car. So many options with people who don't suck. Go elsewhere. Life its too short to wait for lunch break to end for basic human respect.

Clearly, these people are doing a variety of work outside mechanical work. The shop is closed most of the times I walked by. Nick’s partner son took a “side job” of refinishing a beautiful, but with a scratch, Georgian style antique dining table. The job did not measure up to my expectations! The table came back in the wrong color (much darker than the original, somewhat purple) with scratches. When I canceled payment, and asked for rework, the son filed a lawsuit in the civil court and filed a criminal complaint. What a way to do business! I won in criminal court, but in small claims court, helped by Nick and cousin witnesses, he convinced the court I had actually accepted that “ridiculous” color and the multiple scratches. Now, after losing $540 plus shipping cost, I have to send the table to a capable professional to do the job right! A total waste of money and time! On the scales of 1-10 for quality and customer experience, my rating for this shop is 1. If you need to deal with Nick’s Machine do background checks, put everything in writing and monitor each step of the way. For bigger projects, get a lawyer.

Not worth the trouble. On a recommendation from our local parts store, we sent a cylinder head out as it had a slight misfire at idle. On removal and saw the seat was partially sticking out from the head. On the recommendation from Frank at the machine shop he replaced all the exhaust seat , not just the one in question. On installation after six hours worth of labor, gaskets, oil and anti freeze,, on start up the number four cylinder now misfires all the time with heavy oil consumption. After doing a leak down test, compression test and running our findings by a paid diagnostic venue,we came to the conclusion that it had a head issue that we never had before. We sent to head back down to Frank and was supposedly thoroughly check to find it there was no issue with his job so we put the head back on the car. Obviously it was the same issue , heavy oil consumption and missing number four cylinder. We double and triple checked our work along with a call to our automotive diagnostic hotline to come to the same conclusion that it was a head issue. We bought a brand new head from Mini and the problem is cured. At this point right now we are asking for just our money back , as we will eat the 16 hours in labor and parts... with no response from this company . Poor workmanship and poor customer Service !
