A year ago, I was in an accident and called Livingston Collision to tow it for me. They not only assisted with the tow, but they also helped me through the entire insurance negotiation. They were able to negotiate with my insurance adjuster and ultimately helped in proving the car was totaled and making sure I got back the fair market value for the car. Brad, Val, and Allie were my advocates from start to finish and I'd highly recommend their shop to anyone. They've been in business for over 50 years, so it's obvious they take their reputation seriously. I pulled in for a NY state auto inspection around 5:30 pm. Despite looking very busy I was accommodated in a few minutes They provided the inspection quickly and efficiently. Everyone was very courteous, the task was finished then I was on my way. I would recommend this shop to anyone and will return when I be require service or repair in the future.

This is the worst towing company. They almost broke my wheel! Couldn't tow my car. Tried to tell me what was broken, but couldn't show me any evidence when I asked. AAA needs to drop them. No one has even apologized to me.

Never again will I go to PEPBOYS . Made an appointment for 10am. Just needed new tires, oil change, and wipers. Stayed there more than four hours. 3 hours in and they hadn’t even put my car on the alignment rack. I was late for work.
