I am extremely satisfied and appreciative of the work that the staff at Tolima Auto Center did on my new car. I was very nervous about who was going to work on my brand new car ( Brand new 2016 Jeep Renegade) that was involved in a hit and run just days after it left the dealer. The car looks perfect. You would never know that such intensive work had to be done. Their office staff is responsive, professional and very pleasant. Right when I thought this was a reputable shop. This is absolutely the worst shop/junkyard you can go to. Had Mazin and Pete rebuild my engine on my 2013 X5 and literally 8 days later, it goes bad and their excuse is”oil cooler”. I will get every penny back and I will make sure everyone knows about the scam operation you are running there. Mazen and Pete, Karma will bite you back and I’ll see you in court. I will not let this pass. What a scamming shop that doesn’t stand behind their work or anything they do. If you don’t believe me, look at all the reviews engine rebuild reviews. These guys don’t know what they are doing nor what they are talking about. Unfortunately for you, you messed around with he wrong guy.
