Worst body shop in queens,Gave my pearl white g35 to them for minor work on the bumper.Got my car back with blue paint and scratches all over my hood, a parking ticket in the mail because they left it outside on the street with out notifying me and then charged me for spraying over a full bumper when they only sprayed a little part.

Excellent business. Excellent customer service. My Tesla Model 3 was a wreck. To be honest, I was expecting to get a car that was "repaired" and was expecting to see signs of a previous accident even after repair.... there was glass literally in every corner. Nope. What I got was what looked like a brand new car. Looked brand new inside and out. Even had that new car smell. it was like driving my Tesla off the dealer's lot. there was not a single visible blemish from the (literally) hundreds of thousands of pieces of glass that littered the leather seats and everything else. The glass even got under the window controls, in the vents, EVERYWHERE. I have no clue how they got that out of there. Either alot of patience, or some kind of vacuum from the future. probably the former. Either way, they somehow got every piece of glass out of that car without leaving a single scratch on the leather or anywhere else for that matter. Big shout out to Edgar who is patient like no one I've met before and responded to my text messages at all hours of the night. Big shout out to Matthew who replied to my one million questions via email. Big shout out to Bridget at the front desk who was so helpful in coordinating transportation of my car and always a pleasure to speak with over the phone and helped me feel reassured from day 1. I'm really annoyed I cant remember the name of the man who was there on the day I picked up my car and helped run through a number of concerns I had (im paranoid sometimes) as well. Big shout out to you too -- you know who you are. The staff here are great. and they do excellent work. You see Ferraris, Lamborghinis and other exotic cars parked outside for a reason. Its cause they are the best. Honest business as well and are desperate to make you happy. these guys installed a full nose wrap on my car after the repairs at a price lower than any quote I got from 3 other shops. I might have to mail them a bottle of champagne as a thank you. if you walk away from these guys in a bad mood, its probably your fault, not theirs.

I was blessed to establish a business relationship with Bill Leahy several years ago after he provided what could only be explained as supreme unsurpassed service and repair of my vehicles. It ultimately determined my final decision to utilize his services exclusively. Since that time, our business relationship has evolved into a uniquely blessed friendship created only by God. A series of recent repairs made on my vehicle by “Bill” had resulted in my having a strong desire to replace my vehicle. Despite the potential monies that Bill Leahy knew he was most likely to make, providing future repairs on my vehicle, he selflessly sacrificed his own personal future financial gains to save me his customer from spending money needlessly. Bill made a personal phone call to a good friend at a Mahwah Honda Dealership, and explained my situation. This whole scenario began on a Saturday. By Monday I was driving out of that same dealership with what I now refer to as “My Miracle Car from God”, a brand new fully loaded 2014 Honda CRV with absolutely no money down. At this present time, there exist several thousand independently owned and operated auto repair shops in New York State.
