My sister had new tires installed yesterday 12/14. She picked up the car today 12/15 and on the way home her left front wheel flew off. We called the police so they could see what happened. Apparently those morons forgot to tighten the lug nuts. Obviously there's damage to the car. The brake rotor , fender, wheel studs etc. I've know this idiot for a long time. Trust me when I tell you the excuses are going to fly. He never owns up to anything and it's always someone else's fault. If you still go there after you read this it's your own fault.

I was very happy yo find out that they work on Europen cars. I was ripped off in the auto repair. First they refused to change the conventional oil and insist to change the synthetic oil and charge a high amount. Second, they changed the air filter and did not mention the final amount in the end. Finally I paid $88 plus $19 coupon (that's $117 to do an oil change). Shame on them! Disgusting auto service.
