Oil change
I was ripped off in the auto repair. First they refused to change the conventional oil and insist to change the synthetic oil and charge a high amount. Second, they changed the air filter and did not mention the final amount in the end. Finally I paid $88 plus $19 coupon (that's $117 to do an oil change). Shame on them! Disgusting auto service.

brakes replaced
I would like to express my thanks for the care and great work, that Quality Auto provided me. My brakes were not up to par, I was very nervous when I had to stop. It was very nerve wracking. I was put on the schedule for that day, even though they were booked. The manager said I would be a priority, for brakes were not to mess with. While I was waiting I expressed concern on the way the car was running. Although I had previously spoken about this to my former repair shop, and told it was nothing. My service repairman found a cabin filter that was broken. I am so happy that I took my neighbor Joe's recommendation and my car is now running great. I can once again stop on a dime.
