My Son highly recommended Laub’s Auto Body. He had his car repaired by Laubs in 2004. My son assured me that I wouldn’t be disappointed because they do amazing work. I went down to Laubs and meant with Kevin. He checked the car and agreed to make the repairs. Kevin showed great professionalism and patience throughout the whole process by keeping me up to date on the progress of repairs. He was on point with everything. DO NOT got to GOLDEN TOUCH AUTO COLLISION located at 490 Ralph Ave. The charged me close to $4000 to fix my car and returned my car back with a bumper that was put together with glue, yes glue. My bumper looks like its about to fall off because it was incorrectly put in as well as other issues with my car. They also charged me money for a paint job and painted nothing. If you want to waste your money then be my guest but I do not advice anybody to go to GOLDEN TOUCH AUTO COLLISION. They say they've been in business since 1986 and have poor customer service.

Nicholas S 347-836-1574 - Logistics manager of this body shop had a customer car at his house in South Richmond Hill on June 20 at approximately 4:45 pm. His kid brother backed out of the driveway into my car while I passed by which caused damages to the right side of my car. The cops were summoned and statements were given. My insurance company made numerous attempts to contact this person with no success. Any assistance would be appreciated. Thank you!
