R&M is unreliable and tremendously irresponsible company. I got good experience with the company back in 2008; however, the company was under different management. The individuals that are running the company now should not be trusted with your vehicle. Unfortunately, I did not check their references before I left my car with this company for repairs. I was curious because I first went to G & M on 7/11/11 to get an estimate and I was told not o worry that they will take care of all the insurance insurances errands. I took the car with me until the insurance gave me the O.K. to leave the car with M & G. The managers from R & M called me every single day pushing and stalking me. How naïve I was that I still gave them my business. Please do not trust these people with your car.

Anyone seeking a super quality repair, A and C Autobody on Lake Ave. in White Plains, New York is without doubt the premier autobody salon to go to. I call this family owned business a salon, because when you get your vehicle back from any kind of repair, it looks and drives like it was the best taken care of vehicle anyone could own. Joe, the owner, personally watches over all the work being done, and never will let anything go out of his shop/Auto Salon without looking perfect. And I mean PERFECTO!!! I have been using this Authobody salon for years and won't consider bringing my vehicle anywhere else. It's Crazy! Nobody looks forward to getting into an accident! But if you do! You will love your vehicle even more than you did after the repair than before the accident. ITS THAT GOOD. I GIVE THIS BUSINESS A AND C AUTOBODY MY PERSONAL SIGN OF APPROVAL. Today (Oct.3rd,2012) I felt like I won the lottery!! Today I found an HONEST auto shop. My car wouldn't work for a couple of days, nothing electrical was working. My regular mechanic, who has checked my car inside and out, told me that I probably needed to get a new ($800.00) alternator. But the wonderful people at Jays Auto Body quickly found the real reason: the clamps connecting the battery had become rusted, and with sandpaper, they easily fixed the problem,by removing the rust. Even though for years, my regular mechanic had been telling me that they had been checking my battery during routine inspections. Jays Auto Body also inspected my front brake pads & rotors, when another auto shop tried to scare me into buying new ones every year, or I would have an accident with my brakes.But when Jays Auto inspected my rotors; they said that they were just fine. Be careful when doing business with Quality one auto. They are unprofessional, use only off market parts, do not use quality paint and take a long time to get the car done. Make sure to get a itemized bill because they do not like offer proof of the service they render. The quality service is very poor.
