Anthony and Mike did great work for three unexpected incidents involving my car: 1) 2010 Hail damage to the trunk lid, roof and hood as well as the sills of my windows, 2) 2010 Rocker panel damage dent and scrape of which I have no idea how it occurred, 3) A 2011 hit and run accident that I pursued with the police and they apprehended, and I was hit again the other night at a local college by a staff person pulling out of her space so I will be seeing them this week. They were referred by my sons who have used them for their business needs and I have highly recommended them to others after my own experience.

Having bought a used 1994 Honda Accord with 89,000 miles on it in 2010, it was time to do the basic maintenance on the car which the original owner had deferred. Carlos replaced the valve cover gasket, among other things which needed to be done. One of the spark plug o-rings inside did not seat properly when the cover was put back on. I took it back to Overseas and the problem was quickly remedied, then and there, same day, within an hour. This is why I do not mind paying just a little bit more. On bigger jobs like timing belts (which on this car get done every 90,000 miles and its also recommended to change the water pump which you have to go through to get to the timing belt) the extra $40 you will pay Carlos is well worth the piece of mind that the job will be done right, and that if there are any problems, it will be taken care of. My father takes his cars there, I take my car there. Dad is super anal about his vehicles. If its exceptional for him, its more then good enough for me. I went someplace else ONCE after moving back to Philly from my trusted Florida mechanic. Never again. Carlos and his mechanics are so thorough, they know more then the folks at the Acura dealership about these cars. You can't go wrong and can trust Overseas.

My family and I have been taking our car there for over 20 years. The owner, Randy, is the best. His prices are a little more expensive than other places, but he always gets to the root of the problem and he is trustworthy. Routinely, he tells us when we can wait to get a service done or if we don't need to do it at all. In the end, this saved us a ton of money.

Did with those guys 5 cars., quality of films very good., last time had very bad experience. Did 2 front windows tinting and they damaged part of door ( frame ). We made an agreement to tint my other car for less price because of damage and once I arrived with another car the guy who did the damage was very rude! He started aggressively talking with me, screaming and arguing only because i asked if they could serve me at same day... The guy was unbelievably rude! Never will do business with this shop anymore! 5 miles from those guys i found very good shop and team and they're much reasonable and cheaper ( instead $216 they charge $160 include tax ) nice and polite people working there! Just do better research before deciding!

Owner is a jerk with no respect for customer's time. Tried to set up appointment for several weeks only for owner to schedule, then cancel, or tell me he needed to call me back to confirm, then never bothered to do so. I was always very polite when I called, even when I was thoroughly annoyed at shoddy treatment I received to that point. Final straw was the last time I tried to call when the owner hung up on me after I said who was calling. Completely ignorant and disrespectful for no reason. I wanted to give the guy my business b/c he quoted me a decent price, but I'd rather pay a little more to have someone who knows how to keep a simple appointment. Can't speak to technical skills, but customer service is horrendous. Do business with only if you like wasting your time and being treated as unimportant.

Terrible service, overpriced. Up charge for parts and at least $100 more for labor than other places in the area. Avoid at all costs
