I had a problem with my 2018 Audi where my "check engine" , cruise control, and traction light kept flashing. Very helpful Dylan at front desk, Josh ( mechanic) was informative. He did not charge me at the end of the diagnosis, solved the issue. I recommend these techs to everyone. But especially to those who do not know much about Audi's and do not want to be taken for an (expensive) ride.

Ronny & Lilah and the rest of the team are the best!!! Ronny is the best most honest mechanic I've ever seen in my life! He will take care of the car as if it was his own. Doesn't charge you without a reason. And the prices are reasonable! Love Lilah she's always smiling and nice, so good at her job, always on top of things, with pricing, calling back, and explaining what the car needs through the phone( for people like me that don't have any clue about cars). Great shop, I would not charge it with any other place. I've been living in NY for the last 5 years and Ronny is still my mechanic. I can drive 2 hours just for him to check the car. Ps. If you are looking for an honest mechanic- look no further. John Leuzzi is the best of the best and that is rare these days with mechanics. He has done a ton of work for me and every time it's on point with the price- what I like the most is he takes his time and gets it done right the first time around. Not only is he extremely friendly and a nice guy his work is great. American or foreign vehicles, he is the guy to work with. I will never use another Mechanic. Quality work, great guy. If you use him for work you will never regret it and you will always be a happy satisfied customer.

Brought my Toyota Tacoma in for a new clutch when I got it back the 4wd was not working. They clam not to have anything to do with not working but it worked for me the week I brought the truck in for the clutch. Just stop working not their fault they said so I would have to pay to get it fix. They charged me $600 for a part I could get from a part supplier for $250-- charge me $1000 for the repair on top of the $1600 for the clutch. I trusted them and boy did I pay for it. they had my truck for over ten day thanks guys

My check engine light went on and that drives me nuts. Suburban did a complete test and thought it was my old gas cap. After several gas fill ups the light went out today out of the blue. Thanks to Mike and my new Honda gas cap.

We have had our cars serviced by Ansert for the past 8+ years. They are extremely honest and very reasonable. They only fix what is absolutely necessary - and explain what is needed and why. They always look for the best parts at the lowest price. I would recommend them without hesitation. Be careful with this station. If you go for an oil change make sure you tell them your car runs perfect when they ask you that question. If not they will charge you for diagnostics without authorization.They charged me an additional $30 to test my battery because I told them it was hesitating when I went to start it.He said no problem,we'll check it out while were changing the oil.They refused to release my vehicle or speak to me when I came in to pick it up. I had to steal it off their lot with my spare key.I dropped off payment for my oil change 45 minutes later and they wont give me my other key until I give them an additional $32 in cash. Bad business practice. You cant just assume someone has an extra $30 and charge them. I broke my leg and lost my job 7 months ago.I was 3000 miles over due changing my oil because I didnt have the measely $25 to change it for the last 4 months. Whether they earned the $30 by checking my vehicle or not I didn't have it and would have told them that if they'd asked me when I was there.Even if they had been willing to work out an arrangement to pay their additional fee the following week when I got paid I would have.I would have wrote a check to be cashed the next week as I planned to go back to have a new battery put in.They didnt care and turned nasty. A bad situation that DIDNT need to happen if they had just communicated.Now they've lost future business from me when finances change and need service.I will tell EVERYONE not to go there.It is unethical and unprofessional to not provide a written estimate or verbal estimate of repairs AND diagnostic fees before charging someone and forcing them to pay!
