Brake Repair
My brakes went out a few weeks ago and I coasted my car down to Wayne's before they gave out completely. The guys I talked to were nice and got the car repaired within 24 hours. My only complaint was that I had to take the car back in the next day, because a small mixup meant that the brake light stayed on. They replaced one more part and I was on my way. I'm not a mechanic, so ultimately I don't know how to identify a good one, but this was a good customer service experience for me.
