Absolutly terrible customer service. Went in for simple auxiliary port repair on my radio, a week later at promised date the owner said his guy was on vacation. Went back a week later at next promised date and he said and I quote "oh Yea what happened to that," and I have never seen my radio again or received any compensation, the radio worked perfect except the port. Hundred dollar radio essentially stolen.

I am fairly new to New York. You hear often the stereotypes of a dog-eat-dog world. So looking for a mechanic, and honesty, is not an easy task. However, I was in a jam and needed to find one. I came across the reviews for Hughes Motor Corp, and I was immediately impressed to make a call. Vinny answered (he's part of a duo with Kevin). He was very friendly and assuring when I told him about the problems with my Durango. I had AAA tow the car to their workshop in Yonkers. These guys are professional, efficient, and you get your car back within the time frame that is estimated. Overall, I highly recommend this workshop, they are a great team. They will take care of your problems and put you at ease. Cars are expensive toys, what you hope to get is a decent repair job at a fair price. These guys provide both, you'll be in good hands. I have used them for years and have had nothing but great service. I know for a fact that they do not have access to personal cell records and are unable to access any account without a social security number.
