Everyone I met was friendly, helpful, patient and went out of their way for me. The work required for my car required a lot of investigation to discover the issue and could have cost thousands to fix, but Bill researched a more affordable resolution that got the job done and hopefully will prevent the issue from arising again! If you need anything done, be it a simple oil change or a huge, complex job Milex is the place to bring your vehicle. Sam at first was extremely kind. I later realized that was only to reel me in. There was still issues with my truck after they fixed it . I called Sam he made me wait a solid week until he looked at it again , hE said they found nothing wrong with it. I called him again 3 days later still complaining there’s something wrong with my truck. He made me wait another week to look at it, charged me again. To say they found nothing wrong it after They drove it four times. 1.5 weeks later I called Sam from the Highway, basically broke down. I was only able to literally drive under 5 mph. I told him my truck was smoking and was making the same noise I’ve been complaining about. I explained to him the smell that was coming from my truck along with where the smoke was coming from. How amazing Sam knew exactly what the problem was, yet he’s been telling me for weeks nothing was wrong with my truck. The problem was my brake was stuck and hanging down, the truck got so hot it melted my calibers etc Sam was charging me over $1300 to fix it. I asked him if he could take some money off beings though I had my truck in there two more times AFTER they fixed it complaining about the way it was driving and the noise it was making. He refused!! Don’t trust them! Their crooks!!! I called another mechanic shop. Explained what needed to be fixed according to Kirkwood auto. My truck was towed from there and towed to Sevy’s auto who fixed it for under $800.00 Don’t trust Kirkwood auto they are crooks. I asked for the old parts they fixed and they said they couldn’t find them. Yea sure. Like I believed that

I went to Ron's because my nextdoor neighbor recomended them to me. WOW, I AM SO IMPRESSED!!!! I came in for 4 new tires and an alignment. I asked them to give the car a quick check out. Dimitry found a split axle boot and a bad ball joint. I was prepared to leave it for a day or two to have it repaired, but instead they ordered the parts and got me done same day. I am very impressed!!! THANK YOU RON'S... YOU SAVED THE DAY!!!

This place is reliable, honest, neither slow nor fast, and is economical. It is best to call them during working hours, describe the issue(s), and set an appointment for drop off. They allow you to drop the keys through a mail slot and leave your car if dropping off before they open. They call you if there are issues and when the auto is ready for pick up. They offer great services, at good prices, give decent estimates, and communicate any issues during the process. The only drawback is that Tom is kind of a curmudgeon. He is a very honest and trustworthy person, but is grumpy nine times out of ten. My wife and I have been going to Stephanou's for about seven years or so. They are awesome.

I want to say first this Shop was so friendly and helpful. I had got in car accident on Sunday. Called them Monday morning and my guy who I deal with, was out sick, so the Girl at the front desk, Cat got my car over to their shop right away! I even had the wrong phone number! I call the fax machine & Cat knew to call me back... Anyway, the whole experience was seamless, professional, and easy! They even dealt with my insurance company! Having bought a used 1994 Honda Accord with 89,000 miles on it in 2010, it was time to do the basic maintenance on the car which the original owner had deferred. Carlos replaced the valve cover gasket, among other things which needed to be done. One of the spark plug o-rings inside did not seat properly when the cover was put back on. I took it back to Overseas and the problem was quickly remedied, then and there, same day, within an hour. This is why I do not mind paying just a little bit more. On bigger jobs like timing belts (which on this car get done every 90,000 miles and its also recommended to change the water pump which you have to go through to get to the timing belt) the extra $40 you will pay Carlos is well worth the piece of mind that the job will be done right, and that if there are any problems, it will be taken care of. My father takes his cars there, I take my car there. Dad is super anal about his vehicles. If its exceptional for him, its more then good enough for me. I went someplace else ONCE after moving back to Philly from my trusted Florida mechanic. Never again. Carlos and his mechanics are so thorough, they know more then the folks at the Acura dealership about these cars. You can't go wrong and can trust Overseas.

The experiace I had at this store was very good. Lowest tire prices in the city. They carry just about any brand. Employee owned company really shoed in their service. I highly recommend.
