Absolutly terrible customer service. Went in for simple auxiliary port repair on my radio, a week later at promised date the owner said his guy was on vacation. Went back a week later at next promised date and he said and I quote "oh Yea what happened to that," and I have never seen my radio again or received any compensation, the radio worked perfect except the port. Hundred dollar radio essentially stolen.

This summer I was looking for a place to do some work on my Land Rover Evoke, The crew at Ideas First Automotive, (IDFR the also call it...)Helped me decide witch part would be suitable to pimp My ride...We did custom Stainless Steele Front and rear bars and a set of running boards, They look beautiful. I want to thank them for taking the time, Extremely courteous, Good service, impeccable installation. The guys at front desk are great.... Thanks Again.

I am fairly new to New York. You hear often the stereotypes of a dog-eat-dog world. So looking for a mechanic, and honesty, is not an easy task. However, I was in a jam and needed to find one. I came across the reviews for Hughes Motor Corp, and I was immediately impressed to make a call. Vinny answered (he's part of a duo with Kevin). He was very friendly and assuring when I told him about the problems with my Durango. I had AAA tow the car to their workshop in Yonkers. These guys are professional, efficient, and you get your car back within the time frame that is estimated. Overall, I highly recommend this workshop, they are a great team. They will take care of your problems and put you at ease. Cars are expensive toys, what you hope to get is a decent repair job at a fair price. These guys provide both, you'll be in good hands. To start, great service, lots of experience, the remote start in my eos was installed in less than 2 hours.

These people at Car Tune Custom are not professionals, the people that work there don't care about customer service thats because they drink liquor while working which doesnt make a good combination. This causes car tune custom to do a horrible bad ugly nasty disappointing job at the end. I do not recommend anyone to go there to get their steros or tinted glass thier because they are not worth it. Just to let you know i went to.car tune custom to get my car window tinted.and they did a horrible.job because they left a lo i mean a lot of bubbles in the tint it was as if my little cousin blew bubbles.on my windows.Which is not funny cause the guy said he was a so called PRO (pro at making your car look ugly). I would show a a pic of my tinted car window but i am to scare to showyou cause you might laugh at me for spending 120 dollar for no reason cause they dont do warranty. I wont even rate this place a one star i would rate it a .00000000000000000000001 but i have to choose one cause thats all they have for the people that doesnt do good jobs
