Horrible worksmanship. Painted quarterpanels without permission and the paint started to bubble and crack within a week. I could have done the same job they did if I bought a can a spray paint and painted it in my garage. I will now be paying out of pocket to get this fixed at a real body shop!

Excellent business. Excellent customer service. My Tesla Model 3 was a wreck. To be honest, I was expecting to get a car that was "repaired" and was expecting to see signs of a previous accident even after repair.... there was glass literally in every corner. Nope. What I got was what looked like a brand new car. Looked brand new inside and out. Even had that new car smell. it was like driving my Tesla off the dealer's lot. there was not a single visible blemish from the (literally) hundreds of thousands of pieces of glass that littered the leather seats and everything else. The glass even got under the window controls, in the vents, EVERYWHERE. I have no clue how they got that out of there. Either alot of patience, or some kind of vacuum from the future. probably the former. Either way, they somehow got every piece of glass out of that car without leaving a single scratch on the leather or anywhere else for that matter. Big shout out to Edgar who is patient like no one I've met before and responded to my text messages at all hours of the night. Big shout out to Matthew who replied to my one million questions via email. Big shout out to Bridget at the front desk who was so helpful in coordinating transportation of my car and always a pleasure to speak with over the phone and helped me feel reassured from day 1. I'm really annoyed I cant remember the name of the man who was there on the day I picked up my car and helped run through a number of concerns I had (im paranoid sometimes) as well. Big shout out to you too -- you know who you are. The staff here are great. and they do excellent work. You see Ferraris, Lamborghinis and other exotic cars parked outside for a reason. Its cause they are the best. Honest business as well and are desperate to make you happy. these guys installed a full nose wrap on my car after the repairs at a price lower than any quote I got from 3 other shops. I might have to mail them a bottle of champagne as a thank you. if you walk away from these guys in a bad mood, its probably your fault, not theirs.

my car was sideswiped and even though there was not much damage it looked ugly. Took it to Barrys and they did an awesome job!!! Very satisfied. Car looks great. Thank you Barry's Auto Body!!!

My Son highly recommended Laub’s Auto Body. He had his car repaired by Laubs in 2004. My son assured me that I wouldn’t be disappointed because they do amazing work. I went down to Laubs and meant with Kevin. He checked the car and agreed to make the repairs. Kevin showed great professionalism and patience throughout the whole process by keeping me up to date on the progress of repairs. He was on point with everything. His amazing team was efficient and repaired my car as scheduled. If I ever need auto body repairs, I would definitely return to Laubs. They’re a family run business. They’re loyal, trusting and best of all, treat their customers like family. My experience with Laubs was a positive one and most of all, I highly recommend Laubs Auto Body for your repair needs. I am a women and are usually taken advantage by mechanic. Not the case at L&S they gave me great service on time and good workman ship. their prices were better than the competition and they were very patience with me and always had patience with me. I would recommend them very highly.

This is a criminal repair shop. They performed F quality work on fixing my window after my car was broken into. More importantly, they placed ,my exhaust system with an old, rusted, broken system from a much older Toyota Rav 4. My 2010 Rav 4 now has a rusted exhaust system that is broken and makes the car sound horrible. Worse, the engine does not perform as designed. Stay away from these criminals. If you need repair work, make sure you use an in-network provider and make sure to contact the shop on a daily basis, but be aware of every single nut and bolt they touch on your car. I would file a lawsuit if I had the connections to put these criminals behind bars. I am so upset, words don't do justice. The worst part is my gf is 8 months pregnant and is stressing of this. The things some "people" do for money. They all need to be locked up.

Stay away from these guys. They don't stand behind their work. I had problems with the paint 6 months after they did the work and they wanted to charge me again to fix the mess they made. Bad, bad business.
