I am fairly new to New York. You hear often the stereotypes of a dog-eat-dog world. So looking for a mechanic, and honesty, is not an easy task. However, I was in a jam and needed to find one. I came across the reviews for Hughes Motor Corp, and I was immediately impressed to make a call. Vinny answered (he's part of a duo with Kevin). He was very friendly and assuring when I told him about the problems with my Durango. I had AAA tow the car to their workshop in Yonkers. These guys are professional, efficient, and you get your car back within the time frame that is estimated. Overall, I highly recommend this workshop, they are a great team. They will take care of your problems and put you at ease. Cars are expensive toys, what you hope to get is a decent repair job at a fair price. These guys provide both, you'll be in good hands. I have used them for years and have had nothing but great service. I know for a fact that they do not have access to personal cell records and are unable to access any account without a social security number. I would recommend them for anyone who want personal service and doesn't want to stand in a corporate store as a number.

People standing around, nobody helps you, no sense of urgency. I would never go here again.

I have had my car repaired at Pro Tech Benz several times over the past 2 years and I am very happy with the results. They offer excellent service and are extremely knowable about Mercedes vehicles. Their pricing is very reasonable and they are very straightforward about the repairs. Unlike the dealers they don't try and up sell you on additional repairs that might not be needed. I would highly recommend them to Mercedes owners.

This company is very careless. They shipped me a 60" sharp which was supposed to be a 70" sharp. The paper work clearly stated a 70" sharp tv. No one checked the item being shipped and matched it with the paperwork. Then they don't even try and clear up their screw up! Very disgusting. never seen anything like this before. Customer BEWARE!!! You will want to triple check that they have the right item being sent out for shipment. SHAME ON YOU! You have caused such a BIG problem for us. So Thanks A LOT!

Absolutly terrible customer service. Went in for simple auxiliary port repair on my radio, a week later at promised date the owner said his guy was on vacation. Went back a week later at next promised date and he said and I quote "oh Yea what happened to that," and I have never seen my radio again or received any compensation, the radio worked perfect except the port. Hundred dollar radio essentially stolen.
