The guys at Cybert are honest and very easy to deal with. I've had shops in the past play games with me (halogen fluid replacement, etc.), but at Cybert, they brought me out into the shop, showed me what was going on, explained the fix, and then fixed it. There was nothing shady and I never once felt like they were trying to take advantage of me. They have a convenient location, reasonable hours, and surprisingly good coffee while you wait. I was ripped off in the auto repair. First they refused to change the conventional oil and insist to change the synthetic oil and charge a high amount. Second, they changed the air filter and did not mention the final amount in the end. Finally I paid $88 plus $19 coupon (that's $117 to do an oil change). Shame on them! Disgusting auto service.
