John is an honest mechanic which itself makes him so special! The front of my car was making this weird sound and my dealership not only misdiagnosed this problem but did a poor job fixing it. John told me exactly what was going on with my car and what needed to be taken care of immediately and things that could wait until later. KPS did a great job replacing the clutch on my BMW. The price was fair, much lower than three other places we called. Plus the warranty is great. The turn around time was fast.
