As soon as he seen the tire bubbles He knew it was a center bent rim. Explained why I was getting the bubbles. the other shops would just replace the tire (Not the problem) 2nd " " tune up 3rd " " All four tires and alignment (different car) 4th upper control arm bushing PS.
