Took my car in for four new tires. Was told an hour. Over two and a half hours later, paid and headed home. On reviewing the work in the daylight, no caps were installed on three of the new valves. I couldn't tell if there was a cap on the fourth valve because they had hammered on the hubcap over it....... On further inspection I found that all of the wheel balance weights had been left only partially tapped on, and that they had up to four weights in the space of only eight inches or less along the rim. It looked as though they just kept adding them on. Took the car there and they said they'd put on valve caps and re-balance the tires. The desk guy came over in the middle of the redo and said very happily"the balance was only a little off". Okay, well that means that it was off, right???? I leave the place again in the dark and reinspect the van the next day in the light. Two caps on the tire valves fit, and two other caps that were too small were jammed just on the tips of the other two new valves???? The new tire weights were also not fully installed and masses of them clumped around the rims. I think this place just wants to wear you down so you get sick of going back complaining. I mean really, Two trips and they can't even put caps on the new tire valves??????? This place is awful. Two other customers there complaining in the two times I was there. Stay away, they're clueless and hope you are as well.

These guys know what they are doing. On time service and affordable care for your auto, they went out of their way to make sure my issues were resolved. They balanced/aligned my ride better than any dealer will tell you they can do. They know how to service all makes and models, it is worth the trip even if you are not from the Monroe area. The guys in Middle Village is still thinking about it and the guy in LIC is looking for used transmissions. Mille told me to bring it down and Eka agreed with me that the valve body was defective. VW dealer said $ 3200 and the tranny guys wanted $ 2700 for a used (49K) transmission? At Adria Motors, they treat you as family and take car of your car as if it were their own car. My sister had new tires installed yesterday 12/14. She picked up the car today 12/15 and on the way home her left front wheel flew off. We called the police so they could see what happened. Apparently those morons forgot to tighten the lug nuts. Obviously there's damage to the car. The brake rotor , fender, wheel studs etc. I've know this idiot for a long time. Trust me when I tell you the excuses are going to fly. He never owns up to anything and it's always someone else's fault. If you still go there after you read this it's your own fault.
