They were able to negotiate with my insurance adjuster and ultimately helped in proving the car was totaled and making sure I got back the fair market value for the car. They've been in business for over 50 years, so it's obvious they take their reputation seriously. Once I realized I ran right to my old faithful. Rices automotive. The car was perfect after that...thank God for them.

Horrible worksmanship. Painted quarterpanels without permission and the paint started to bubble and crack within a week. I could have done the same job they did if I bought a can a spray paint and painted it in my garage. I will now be paying out of pocket to get this fixed at a real body shop!
