John came in to our office in June 2012 to make 2 windows in our office. He had a holier than thou attitude. We kept feeling that he's going to cheat us but couldn't quite spot it. When we told him that one of our windows was rattling, he said that he noticed it but did not tell us and did not do anything about it. We called him and he would get angry and start screaming. It was his way of trying to get rid of us. The glass still rattles. Now I know way his price was lower than other companies. He does not do a complete job. His rough personality leaves a bad memory for a long time.
