Recently I bought a Acura Mdx and from day one it had a pull. I took to dealer many times, and didn't realize they sub the job out to Mavis next door to them. John came in to our office in June 2012 to make 2 windows in our office. He had a holier than thou attitude. We kept feeling that he's going to cheat us but couldn't quite spot it. He would try to not answer our questions in a straight forward way. He would try to stear us only in the direction that was good for him. When we told him that one of our windows was rattling, he said that he noticed it but did not tell us and did not do anything about it. Then, he said he would come to fix it only when he was in the area the next time. He made us feel like it was our fault. After a few weeks, he never came. We called him and he would get angry and start screaming. It was his way of trying to get rid of us. The glass still rattles. Now I know way his price was lower than other companies. He does not do a complete job. His rough personality leaves a bad memory for a long time.
