I am extremely satisfied and appreciative of the work that the staff at Tolima Auto Center did on my new car. I was very nervous about who was going to work on my brand new car ( Brand new 2016 Jeep Renegade) that was involved in a hit and run just days after it left the dealer. The car looks perfect. You would never know that such intensive work had to be done. Their office staff is responsive, professional and very pleasant. Today (Oct.3rd,2012) I felt like I won the lottery!! Today I found an HONEST auto shop. My car wouldn't work for a couple of days, nothing electrical was working. My regular mechanic, who has checked my car inside and out, told me that I probably needed to get a new ($800.00) alternator. But the wonderful people at Jays Auto Body quickly found the real reason: the clamps connecting the battery had become rusted, and with sandpaper, they easily fixed the problem,by removing the rust. Even though for years, my regular mechanic had been telling me that they had been checking my battery during routine inspections. Jays Auto Body also inspected my front brake pads & rotors, when another auto shop tried to scare me into buying new ones every year, or I would have an accident with my brakes.But when Jays Auto inspected my rotors; they said that they were just fine. Nicholas S 347-836-1574 - Logistics manager of this body shop had a customer car at his house in South Richmond Hill on June 20 at approximately 4:45 pm. His kid brother backed out of the driveway into my car while I passed by which caused damages to the right side of my car. The cops were summoned and statements were given. My insurance company made numerous attempts to contact this person with no success. Any assistance would be appreciated. Thank you!

DO NOT got to GOLDEN TOUCH AUTO COLLISION located at 490 Ralph Ave. The charged me close to $4000 to fix my car and returned my car back with a bumper that was put together with glue, yes glue. My bumper looks like its about to fall off because it was incorrectly put in as well as other issues with my car. They also charged me money for a paint job and painted nothing. If you want to waste your money then be my guest but I do not advice anybody to go to GOLDEN TOUCH AUTO COLLISION. They say they've been in business since 1986 and have poor customer service.
