This summer I was looking for a place to do some work on my Land Rover Evoke, The crew at Ideas First Automotive, (IDFR the also call it...)Helped me decide witch part would be suitable to pimp My ride...We did custom Stainless Steele Front and rear bars and a set of running boards, They look beautiful. I want to thank them for taking the time, Extremely courteous, Good service, impeccable installation. The guys at front desk are great.... Thanks Again.

I had a Horrible experience in this place. Every time I was trying to leave my car there for an oil change, I was attended by employees draging theyre feet and with a bad attitude. always telling me that it will take me from 2 to 3 hs to change my oil. Finaly I took it there and I left it. 2 hs latter they called me and tell me that my car have some problems starting... "Nothing is wrong with my car", I toll them, so I went to pick it up and they sayd they had to jump start it. I ask why and this guy starting acting defensivley and just told me my batery was dead (My brand new batery) So I ask if they did something to it and this guy got upset......... I sayd "if somebody should be upset is me!" My car was runing perfectley when I left... Oviousley what happened is that they left the keys in the ignition and crank the heat up , (I always leave it at 60 but I find it at 75) I mention this to this guy and he kept saing he didnt do nothing...Charged me and didnt eaven apologize or sayed good bye... Cherry on top of the kake! They drop oil on top of the engine and now the car smels like burnt oil when I drive, They also forgot to put the sticker with my next oil change milage on my wind shield! This was the first and last time I bring my car to this pathetic place!

This company is very careless. They shipped me a 60" sharp which was supposed to be a 70" sharp. The paper work clearly stated a 70" sharp tv. No one checked the item being shipped and matched it with the paperwork. Then they don't even try and clear up their screw up! Very disgusting. never seen anything like this before. Customer BEWARE!!! You will want to triple check that they have the right item being sent out for shipment. SHAME ON YOU! You have caused such a BIG problem for us. So Thanks A LOT!

Absolutly terrible customer service. Went in for simple auxiliary port repair on my radio, a week later at promised date the owner said his guy was on vacation. Went back a week later at next promised date and he said and I quote "oh Yea what happened to that," and I have never seen my radio again or received any compensation, the radio worked perfect except the port. Hundred dollar radio essentially stolen.

I am fairly new to New York. You hear often the stereotypes of a dog-eat-dog world. So looking for a mechanic, and honesty, is not an easy task. However, I was in a jam and needed to find one. I came across the reviews for Hughes Motor Corp, and I was immediately impressed to make a call. Vinny answered (he's part of a duo with Kevin). He was very friendly and assuring when I told him about the problems with my Durango. I had AAA tow the car to their workshop in Yonkers. These guys are professional, efficient, and you get your car back within the time frame that is estimated. Overall, I highly recommend this workshop, they are a great team. They will take care of your problems and put you at ease. Cars are expensive toys, what you hope to get is a decent repair job at a fair price. These guys provide both, you'll be in good hands.
