I am fairly new to New York. You hear often the stereotypes of a dog-eat-dog world. So looking for a mechanic, and honesty, is not an easy task. However, I was in a jam and needed to find one. I came across the reviews for Hughes Motor Corp, and I was immediately impressed to make a call. Vinny answered (he's part of a duo with Kevin). He was very friendly and assuring when I told him about the problems with my Durango. I had AAA tow the car to their workshop in Yonkers. These guys are professional, efficient, and you get your car back within the time frame that is estimated. Overall, I highly recommend this workshop, they are a great team. They will take care of your problems and put you at ease. Cars are expensive toys, what you hope to get is a decent repair job at a fair price. These guys provide both, you'll be in good hands. I am extremely satisfied and appreciative of the work that the staff at Tolima Auto Center did on my new car. I was very nervous about who was going to work on my brand new car ( Brand new 2016 Jeep Renegade) that was involved in a hit and run just days after it left the dealer. The car looks perfect. You would never know that such intensive work had to be done. Their office staff is responsive, professional and very pleasant. I will definitely be going back to Tolima for any work needed in the future. -Michelle

I have used them for years and have had nothing but great service. I know for a fact that they do not have access to personal cell records and are unable to access any account without a social security number. I would recommend them for anyone who want personal service and doesn't want to stand in a corporate store as a number.

Absolutly terrible customer service. Went in for simple auxiliary port repair on my radio, a week later at promised date the owner said his guy was on vacation. Went back a week later at next promised date and he said and I quote "oh Yea what happened to that," and I have never seen my radio again or received any compensation, the radio worked perfect except the port. Hundred dollar radio essentially stolen.
