My brakes went on Sunday before Memorial Day... got my car towed by Scott of Noble towing to Bobby's that night... on Tuesday, spoke with Bobby for the first time then spoke to his wife Robin... both are incredibly kind (understatement)!!! Got my car back on Wednesday!! I have a very strict budget (another understatement)... Bobby didn't make repairs he didn't have to, let me know about how long I could go until I needed to make the other repairs, both he & Robin treated me like a human being rather than cash in their pocket and on top of all that I'm driving a safe car!!! Amazing ethics!!

What can I say other than Hendersons has the best customer service I have ever experienced in the automotive repair industry. We have been going there for approximately 10 years now, multiple cars under Ed's care (having 3 children of driving age) and do not have one complaint. Brought my car in for service, it was in the shop for two days to replace front struts and some other work. When I drove the car home, I noticed the wheel alignment was off. The alignment wasn't included in the final estimate. I called the shop and they said I could come back in first thing in the morning. Went back the next day and they put the car right up on the lift, did the wheel alignment, and didn't charge me! I was ok with paying for it, and was just happy they took me right in with no wait.
