Brake repair service near South Bound Brook, NJ

In June of 2012 I had my A/C serviced there. They quoted me under $100 but the total bell came to $145. They overcharged the A/C which made the compressor come on and off all the time. When I called them, I was told it was normal. Took the car to another garage and had the same service done again but this time for only $60. Confirmed that George's garage had put significantly more fluid into the system (1.8 pounds rather than the maximum of 1.18 pounds). When I called to complain and ask for a refund, I was told that I should I have brought the car back there and no refund. I would never take my car there again. They actually damage my new car BEFORE delivery. They have my deposit that I tried to get back but can't since I sign their contract. Now car is still unfixed and my sales person do not return my phone calls and messages. Other managers do not respond as well. And the GENERAL MANAGER IS ALWAYS ON MEETING. How is it possible?
