I usually wouldnt even take the time to write a review but the audacity of this moron manager got me inspired. Basically, my power steering pump had a slow leak and was almost empty when my truck started making a horrific squeel coming down route 1 when i saw this sears car center. I stopped in distressed about my situation and asked the manager if they sold power steering fluid and told him about my predicament. He replied by telling me they did not and he couldnt help me. All he could do was take advantage of my problem and offer a song and a dance for a $55 service to get some power steering fluid. So I went to Pepboys and bought my own for $7. Its a shame to have to experience how someone will take advantage of you when your down. Needless to say, Ill never go there again or recommend anyone else do.

Mr. PEDRO SOSA, the manager who assisted me, has been very pleasant and patient and explained in details of the warranty I am entitled to and other info. He is approachable in spite of his busy schedule and answered my questions immediately. Also, he made a follow-up call to make sure everything is all right and apologized for my long wait, which I understood due to the busy day. Today I had an R&R serpentine belt installed on my Chevy Cavalier (it has 194,000 miles on it, so I believe it was time...). I just want to say how completely satisfied I am with every aspect of the procedure.
