The work was performed as described and the job was on time and under quotation price. The parts needed were quoted as OEM price or aftermarket price for my selection. Good workmanship and towing service provided.

Brought my car in for service, it was in the shop for two days to replace front struts and some other work. When I drove the car home, I noticed the wheel alignment was off. The alignment wasn't included in the final estimate. I called the shop and they said I could come back in first thing in the morning. Went back the next day and they put the car right up on the lift, did the wheel alignment, and didn't charge me! I was ok with paying for it, and was just happy they took me right in with no wait. My family and I have been taking our car there for over 20 years. The owner, Randy, is the best. His prices are a little more expensive than other places, but he always gets to the root of the problem and he is trustworthy. Routinely, he tells us when we can wait to get a service done or if we don't need to do it at all. In the end, this saved us a ton of money.

Having bought a used 1994 Honda Accord with 89,000 miles on it in 2010, it was time to do the basic maintenance on the car which the original owner had deferred. Carlos replaced the valve cover gasket, among other things which needed to be done. One of the spark plug o-rings inside did not seat properly when the cover was put back on. I took it back to Overseas and the problem was quickly remedied, then and there, same day, within an hour. This is why I do not mind paying just a little bit more. On bigger jobs like timing belts (which on this car get done every 90,000 miles and its also recommended to change the water pump which you have to go through to get to the timing belt) the extra $40 you will pay Carlos is well worth the piece of mind that the job will be done right, and that if there are any problems, it will be taken care of. My father takes his cars there, I take my car there. Dad is super anal about his vehicles. If its exceptional for him, its more then good enough for me. I went someplace else ONCE after moving back to Philly from my trusted Florida mechanic. Never again. Carlos and his mechanics are so thorough, they know more then the folks at the Acura dealership about these cars. You can't go wrong and can trust Overseas.

I am really surprise that you are requesting a survey from us after providing such a lousy service, or lack of service for our Mazda Tribute that you totally destroyed, causing us to junk same. After collecting over $1,600 from us, only to have the vehicle towed to our home for onward transmission to the Junk Yard; you were so interested in receiving your "REPAIR COST," that you forgot to put you had dismantled back on the vehicle before releasing it to the tow truck operator, after insisting, and receiving your "REPAIR COST," that I had to call you to my home to put what you had dismantled together; what a shame; I wish AAA could read this review and take you off their list of recommended auto centers; you are giving AAA a bad image by having you on their list. Anyway, the vehicle is off our hands now, thanks to you; as for recommendation, we suggest that your outfit be listed as a SAVAGE CENTER,OR BETTER STILL, XAVIER'S AUTO SAVAGE CENTER.
