I have never been more satisfied with the service I received at this shop. Not only did Mr.Torrence come get my car at no charge, he was able to provide a quick diagnosis and fair price. My car has never ran better!The work was efficiently done in a timely manner.

This place is reliable, honest, neither slow nor fast, and is economical. It is best to call them during working hours, describe the issue(s), and set an appointment for drop off. They allow you to drop the keys through a mail slot and leave your car if dropping off before they open. They call you if there are issues and when the auto is ready for pick up. They offer great services, at good prices, give decent estimates, and communicate any issues during the process. The only drawback is that Tom is kind of a curmudgeon. He is a very honest and trustworthy person, but is grumpy nine times out of ten. My wife and I have been going to Stephanou's for about seven years or so. They are awesome.

Cost was over $2,800. That is way too expensive for tires, brakes, inspection, and a tail light, nearly twice what I would have paid at my usual mechanic. As well, your shecanic didn't clear the dashboard codes so as soon as I drove 2 miles the dashboard warning light came on for the tires. Had to miss more work, return to your shop, to hear a lame excuse from your shecanic and to hear Jenny tell me "We aren't cheap" when I complained the cost was way too high. I told you on my very first visit last month that I was looking for a mechanic that could be trusted by my wife. You aren't it.

Terrible service, overpriced. Up charge for parts and at least $100 more for labor than other places in the area. Avoid at all costs

Been taking my imported car problems to Fred Sonsini off and on since the 1990s. Terrific service, high integrity, fair prices, extensive knowledge and experience. "Old school" in the best sense of the term. Highly recommend.

I went to Ron's because my nextdoor neighbor recomended them to me. WOW, I AM SO IMPRESSED!!!! I came in for 4 new tires and an alignment. I asked them to give the car a quick check out. Dimitry found a split axle boot and a bad ball joint. I was prepared to leave it for a day or two to have it repaired, but instead they ordered the parts and got me done same day. As someone who works in the car world and is very cautious when it comes to mechanics, I can say hands down these guys are the best! Everyone I met was friendly, helpful, patient and went out of their way for me. The work required for my car required a lot of investigation to discover the issue and could have cost thousands to fix, but Bill researched a more affordable resolution that got the job done and hopefully will prevent the issue from arising again!
