Auto glass repair service near West Paterson, NJ

Anyone who is looking to get any glass or mirror work done don't even think about going anywhere near this place. Don't go by any of the positive reviews for this shop since they are outdated due to new ownership which changed hands a year ago or so. Also don't get fooled by the few accolades hanging in their walls inside the shop since they too belong to the previous owner. The new owner David is a pathological liar the likes of which I have not dealt with in my entire life. He will have one excuse after another as to why the work was not completed or whose fault it is. My contractor had ordered 6 tempered glass cabinet shelves for my new kitchen cabinets in early September and to this day there have been excuses after excuses why there is a delay even though my contractor paid him the entire amount for the work. I'm not going to go into much detail about how horrible and unprofessional this entity is. All I've to say is that anyone looking into doing business with this place have been forewarned.

Jim at Vernon Valley Auto Body and the guys did a FABULOUS job on my wreaked vehicle!! They went above and beyond and I would recommend anyone that needed auto repair to have them do the work. I came from thirty minutes away and would do it again if ever I needed anything fixed on my car! It was done in a very timely manner.

What a bunch of crooks! Talk you into buying the wrong glass, refuse to deliver it as agreed then lie to the credit card company! STAY AWAY!!!!

BEWARE!!! He promised to install a windshield in my car the next day, didn't show up, and promised to be there first thing the next morning. This happened THREE TIMES before I just called someone else. Complete waste of my time. I don't know how this guy is even in business.

I have been a customer for 19 years and always enjoyed great service for my brakes and mufflers. Always repaired on the first visit. Employees are very helpful and friendly and professional. Recently I bought a Acura Mdx and from day one it had a pull. I took to dealer many times, and didn't realize they sub the job out to Mavis next door to them. Once I realized I ran right to my old faithful. Rices automotive. The car was perfect after that...thank God for them.

John came in to our office in June 2012 to make 2 windows in our office. He had a holier than thou attitude. We kept feeling that he's going to cheat us but couldn't quite spot it. He would try to not answer our questions in a straight forward way. He would try to stear us only in the direction that was good for him. When we told him that one of our windows was rattling, he said that he noticed it but did not tell us and did not do anything about it. Then, he said he would come to fix it only when he was in the area the next time. He made us feel like it was our fault. After a few weeks, he never came. We called him and he would get angry and start screaming. It was his way of trying to get rid of us. The glass still rattles. Now I know way his price was lower than other companies. He does not do a complete job. His rough personality leaves a bad memory for a long time.
