I brought my car recently to A&A repairs and am so glad I did. Not only did my car get finally fixed properly, but Anthony took the time to explain to me what went wrong and how it was fixed. Not to mention the cost was very reasonable and the work was completed before I actually expected it to be done. There are no surprises and my car runs and looks great! I'm very happy and give A&A an A+ for their friendly, fast, and professional service. So glad I found a trust worthy auto repair shop!

Xpress Lube used a Kia filter on my Toyota. I have had my oil changed by Xpress Lube for several years. Recently they installed the wrong filter on my car. The oil filter literally fell off the car after driving several miles. Although the owner Dave Bennett declined to help my wife who was stranded on the highway due to lack of time he found the time to look in the bushes for filter. When he found the filter he refused to return my property to me. He claimed the filter must have been defective therefore he had no liability. Bosch the manufacturer of the filter explained why the filter fell off and said that they specifically do not allow such a substitution. Mr. Bennett declined requests to refund me the cost of the oil change and road service charges. He has only offered to have the engine externally inspected by his friend at a local shop. Bosch has recommended an exhaustive internal inspection of the engine due to loss of oil when the filter fell off.

YI was extremely pleased with my service. My technicians name was Mathew, he was very polite as well as professional. He knew exactly what he was talking a out, was very knowledgeable about vehicles in general. I had my axle fluid changed both air filters the oil done a power steering fluid flush and the next time I came back I was lucky enough to actually have him serve me again along along with Chris a manager I am guessing cause he had a special red shirt on. Then this last time I came in had my fuel injection service done and brought back some pep in my vehicles engine as well as gas mileage also had my battery replaced. Although I spend a decent amount of money Mathew made me feel not as if I was being pressured or done wrong. He also made a great point how it was preventive maintenance and would of cost triple maybe more having this all done by a shop or dealer. I come from from a family of 9 children I will definitely be sending them there as well as tell all my friend. Thank you Matt & thank you valvoline ! GREAT SERVICE!

I have been going to Wayne Auto Spa on the monthly platinum plan since mid July. I was satisfied with the service. I purchased the monthly auto-renewable plan for approximately 75.00 a month (Platinum). As of August 12th, I paid the fee on my credit card. A couple of days later, I informed the clerk at the desk that I would not need the September to October plan and to please suspend it for that month, since I would be away for most of it. I told her I intended to renew the plan when I returned. I returned to have my car washed on the 30th of August. I was informed that my plan was cancelled, which was NOT my intent. On top of that they washed my car without my permission while I went into the shop to straighten the problem out. The owner was very rude and told me I had not cancelled in time. I informed him I did not want to cancel and that I still had until Sept 12th to use the current plan that I had paid for. By then they had washed my car and then charged me full price for a platinum wash. The owner then proceeded to sit in my car and attempt to impound it because I did not want to pay for a wash that should have been included in that month's plan. He then would not let me pay with another credit card and insisted on cash. These are disreputable, rude and deceptive business practices and I intend to call the bank to register a charge of business fraud against my account. Suffice to say, with practices like that, they won't be in business very long.
