Done right the first time. Loved it!

In June of 2012 I had my A/C serviced there. They quoted me under $100 but the total bell came to $145. They overcharged the A/C which made the compressor come on and off all the time. When I called them, I was told it was normal. Took the car to another garage and had the same service done again but this time for only $60. Confirmed that George's garage had put significantly more fluid into the system (1.8 pounds rather than the maximum of 1.18 pounds). When I called to complain and ask for a refund, I was told that I should I have brought the car back there and no refund. I would never take my car there again. They are unethical, overpriced and incompetent.…

This is the place to go for your rover works, when no one can figure it out they will, not only is the work done right it will last.

The first-time visit on a Saturday and they treated me like a long-time customer. Very professional and they all know what they are doing. Fair pricing and fast service. A rarity especially in Hunts Point. My mechanic retired after 25 years with him and I've been looking for a place I can trust to take my car for anything I may need. I hope I found the place. This is the worst towing company. They almost broke my wheel! Couldn't tow my car. Tried to tell me what was broken, but couldn't show me any evidence when I asked. AAA needs to drop them. No one has even apologized to me.

Never again will I go to PEPBOYS . Made an appointment for 10am. Just needed new tires, oil change, and wipers. Stayed there more than four hours. 3 hours in and they hadn’t even put my car on the alignment rack. I was late for work.
