They were able to negotiate with my insurance adjuster and ultimately helped in proving the car was totaled and making sure I got back the fair market value for the car. I took my car into Ideal after getting into an accident. After a year, I began to notice that the places where they repainted were chipping and peeling very badly. Because it’s been a year, they refuse to redo the paint job stating that the damages were caused by my driving! Do not go here no matter what!
